Forum rules

These rules apply to every person posting or reading comments made on the Autism Awareness forum.

1. You agree to treat other people with respect. If you use the Website in ways that are unacceptable to the Trust, then you will be barred from using the Website in accordance with the Terms of Use. The Trust will decide what is acceptable use of the Website. Examples of unacceptable postings to the message board forum include (but are not limited to) anything that is defamatory, abusive, offensive, racist, sexist, threatening, vulgar, obscene, hateful or otherwise inappropriate.

2. By using the Website and posting messages on the message board you agree not use the message board for commercial purposes or to promote any specific goods and services.

3. You agree to evaluate for yourself the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any opinion, advice or other content in the message board forum. The Trust is not responsible in any way for the accuracy or effectiveness of any suggestions people make on the message board forum and shall not have any liability in connection with any statements made or details placed on the Website.

4. You agree not to post or make available any material which is protected by copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property or proprietary right on the forum, without express written permission of the owner of such rights and the Trust. You will be solely liable for any damages resulting from any infringement of this rule.

5. The Trust may (but is not obliged to) monitor the contents of the message board forum and edit or remove any comments, suggestions or information which the Trusts deems to be inappropriate without giving reason or notice.

6. The Trust may temporarily or permanently deny any user's access to the message board forum without reason or notice.
